Returns policy

In the event that you would like to return your item we are happy to accept a return for 'store credit' within 14 days of receipt.

To return your item please simply enter your order number and email address on our returns portal and follow the on screen instructions. Once submitted a member of the team will approve your return within 24 hours.

Returned products must be in the same condition as sent out, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging if applicable.

Returns postage is at the buyers expense and is your responsibility until it has arrived at our warehouse.

We recommend you return your items using a tracked and signed delivery service to ensure they arrive safely with us and to prevent them being lost in transit.

Returns from outside the UK, please mark the package 'returned goods' and most importantly ensure the 'return goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration to prevent import/tax charges.

Once we have safely received your returned item(s) a member of our team will issue you with your 'store credit' for the value of your original order.

Your store credit is a unique code and only redeemable by you, it will also expire after 12 months.
