You can create a return and send back your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
We aim to keep returns simple and fair for the vast majority of our customers, and most customers will never be affected by any fees.
In rare cases where an account shows a consistently high return pattern over time, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee. This applies only to customers who return 25% or more of the total items they have ordered across multiple orders.
If applied, the restocking fee may be up to 25% of the returned item’s value and is assessed based on overall historical order and return behaviour. Customers with occasional returns or a small number of orders are not subject to any restocking fee.
Return requests are processed within 2 working days.
Please note your return will be rejected if submitted after 14 days.
All tags must be attached. If a tag has been tampered with or removed your item may be rejected and returned back to you. You could be asked to cover the delivery cost of rejected items.
Return postage is at the buyers cost & responsibility until it has arrived safely with us.
We highly recommend returning your items using a tracked & signed for service.
You will be notified via email once your return has been approved and will be sent our returns address.
