Shipping & returns

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer UK & International shipping, all provided by Royal Mail.

UK shipping is next day if you order before 2pm Monday-Friday. For orders placed on the weekend, will be shipped out from our HQ on Monday.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing all of your relative tracking information.

Also you will receive tracking updates via SMS if you input your mobile number.

Can I return an item after purchasing it?

Yes, we accept returns for refunds, within 14 days of you receiving the item.

Returned products must be in the same condition as sent out, with the Label Source tags still attached.

Return postage is at the buyers cost & responsibility until it has arrived safely with us.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately we currently do not offer exchanges on our items. However, you're welcome to return the item to us for a refund.

What happens if my item arrives not as described?

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with every listing, photographing all defects.

However, in the event you believe you have received an item either different to how we described it, faulty, or damaged, please contact our customer care team at info@label-source.co.uk

When reaching out, kindly include your order number and a photograph of the item. Depending on the nature of the damage and the timeframe, our team will work to find a solution for you.

Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear will not be considered faulty.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed in our system. However, you can return any unwanted items to us using our standard returns procedure.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once an order is placed in our system, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

I've missed my delivery, what happens next?

If you won't be available at the time of delivery, there's no need to worry. Royal Mail will either try again later on in the day or the following day. If you miss this following attempt, you can collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer all debit/credit cards. You can also use ShopPay, GooglePay & ApplePay to speed up your checkout experience.

Do you offer a split payment scheme?

Yes, Klarna is available at checkout where you can ‘Pay in 3’ making it accessible for you to split your payments over 90 days. Klarna is only available on orders up to a value of £1000.

We also offer Clearpay, which is available on orders up to the value of £1,250.

The condition of each item is stated on the product page. The conditions of our item range from ‘Fair’ to ‘Unworn, with tags’.

Are the items boxed?

As we buy our stock from the general public, we cannot guarantee that items will always come with their original packaging.
